Can nokia n95 able to download rar or zip files direct into the phone from the internet?

When im browsing the internet using the buzz, i wish to download files in zip/rar format. Do i have to install any additional software or configure something, please advice. Or you could recommend any nokia buzz that able to do that. Thank you.
