I got ripped off…what can I do?

I bought $700 value of electronics from some chinese dude with what looks like a legit website brandplazza.com and elandus.com. I met him thru a trading site. He’s in China & I’m in CA. He gave me his bank account info to pay but I chose to send him $ via western union. He sent me the incorrect peacefulness. Some wannabe Vertu phones that said Vretu and didn’t even work right. So I sent it back thinking he’d send me the right thing. But he doesnt answer to my emails or my IM’s and the “buisness” buzz # just plays a song for 10 minutes and beeps like its the incorrect #. I still have the receipt for the $ peacefulness and all the emails & conversations…even pix of the phones. Anything I can do other than just learn from it and go on?

Hi …I have a vertu mock-up ferrari edition, its a fantastic buzz, very unadorned and looks like the original, but the only problem (which is vital) is that there is a lot of terrible pulse (frequency)…..whenever i call or buzz someone…is there a way that can be flat????

Should I result in my Vertu phones in my involve-on luggage or send through? I have 3 of them.
But I use only one, and then the other two are still new in the boxes…just don’t have enough room for carryon…and do they really check them at the security gate? Thanks!
