Could I buy and unlocked HTC touch phone with Alltel?
I have the samsung hue buzz and i despise it and really like the HTC phones. I want the unlocked buzz so i wont have to go through the hassel of extending my contract and etc.

you can call and question them .. they can confirm it
you can buy it sim free/unlocked, so you can place any company sim card in it and it will work.
