Do any of the cell phone chargers comply with a Garmin GPS……… ?

Due to most of them being proprietary (except they both use a USB adapter), I would say to not try it. You can see if it matches the voltage and current needed, and if that would even fit. But, except it is a universal adapter with different ‘tips’, it more than liable will not work and/or harm your GPS.
Your best bet is to get an iGo device. Then you can buy tips for just about any electronic device made.
Like the first poster said only if your GPS and buzz are using something like a usb charger. From my experience you must buy a separate Garmin charger and cell buzz charger.
