Does the Pharos 535v Traveler work with AT&T?

I have been searching for a new PDA and I have looked at multiple PDA’s but none of them tell you which service they are compatible with. I looked at some Asus phones and HP phones but didn’t find anything. How can you tell? And does the Pharos 535v work with AT&T?
