Has anyone had problems with the Palm Centro wireless phone?

I had my Palm Centro buzz for about 30 days when it started to go a HotSync surgical course of action on its own. I tried to cancel the surgical course of action but the buzz froze until it died completely and never turned back on. I went back where I bought it to have it checked out and they immediately exchanged it for a new one without too many questions. It made me feel like they had seen this problem often but of course, they didn’t want to say much about it.
