Help: How to activate “dead” phone battery without a charger?

I am in Nairobi, Kenya, I have a Philips 535 buzz, unfortunately I misplaced the charger a week ago. and i have looked everywhere for a replacement/Philips 535 garnishing in Nairobi and other foremost towns to no avail!. I need to charge the buzz for only one hour to retrieve vital business numbers saved in the buzz memory. is it possible to do this without a charger or do i have to ship one from God knows where? what other options do I have? the buzz was a gift.. and i have learnt my example of having rare brands of electronics! please help me..
