How can I find out my own mobile phone number?

I have a second-hand NEC e616v and I am with the network 3G. With Nokia (on Vodafone) there was a network command – *#100# – anything similar for this buzz?
BTW. I cannot make calls from this buzz (incoming calls only) so I cannot call someone else to show my number.
