how can i switch my LG phone with a deactivated moto razor?
I have an LG buzz that works fine, my dad bought an iphone so it automatically deactivated his ancient razor. The SIM is still in his ancient buzz. I want to switch to my dad’s moto razor from my LG. Can I do that without AT&T/Cingular’s help?

Just take his sim card out of the ancient one if it is still in there he should have got a new one bcause they are updating the sim cards when you get new phones. You should just be able to slip your sim card in his ancient buzz and it work. Does this help you any?
It will be in your best interest to contact At&t so that the buzz and all it features work properly.
First of all he should have gotten an new sim card if he bought an iphone because they only word with the new 3G sim cards (which are blue and white). Anyways all you have to do is take the sim card out of your LG and place it into his razor. What a lot of people dont know or know is when you get new phones, it’s not the PHONE that’s deactivated…its the SIM card. the sim card is what is really allowing you to have service. So it you by now have an active one, all you have to do is take your sim card out of one buzz and place into another. And the sim card stores your contacts (if they are saved there) so when you place it into another buzz and go through your address book you will still have them.
BTW…i really work for AT&T so if you have any questions or know anyone in the Chicago area who needs a buzz, please feel free to have them contact me directly.
Hope this info helps!
