How do I go about downloading music tones for my metro pcs motorola phone?

i just bought a buzz from metro pcs ( a motorola one) and i want to download a song, i just don’t know how. i don’t know if it works like the cingular website( where you shop for ring/music tones and they send it to your buzz) or what. Ive tried going to the “net” on my buzz but a blank white screen shows up and not anything happens. I heard that you could record a song and use it as a music tone, but i don’t know if thet applies to my buzz. I want my song, help!!
