How do you connect a cell phone to a Toshiba Sattelite laptop with bluetooth?
I do not have the system tray icon that shows bluetooth. If you have the same laptop as me, what is the name of the program that runs bluetooth? My computer shows up on my cell buzz but now I need to enter a passcode on my computer? A dialog box wont show up on the screen where I need to enter the passcode.
