The voice mail password is tied to your voice mail itself and not to the buzz. This means that the only way to reset the voice mail password is to sign in to your voice mail and then follow the menu options to change it. But, since you do not know the original password, you have two options. first, you can call customer service at 800-922-0204 and question a representative to reset your voice mail, which will essentially let you start over with a new voice mail box so that you will have to walk through the setup program to set up your password and record your salutation. This will also delete any messages that are currently stored in the voice mail. The second option is to call 800-922-0204 and follow the prompts to reset your voice mail password. This will not delete anything, it will just give you a fleeting password. You can then use this password to sign in to your voice mail, and then follow the prompts to change the password to a permanent one.
