How to get a replacement samsung impression phone?
I have a samsung impression mobile buzz from at&t but it’s been having problems like freezing up when sending a text, so it will never send except I restart the buzz.
So what number do I call to report this problem and will they send a replacement buzz? If so, will it be a new one or a used one?

i reflect samsung impression just came out with software bring up to date, try to see if you can bring up to date it.
Mine got problem in the fourth month. So does that mean my total warranty will be shorter than 1 year? Is that honest?
