Hp tech suppourt phone call gone bad…?
Okay so first of all it took half an hour to get through to hp and then when i got through the guy hung up on me and then i called again and it toook forever to get all the information out to the people in india. So then when he looked up my service stuff he said my warranty expirted on april 22nd blah blah blah and that if i wanted to continue it would cost me $40.00!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like seriously just for a buzz call? So anyways he gave me www.hp.ca/suppourt and he said it was completely free and to go there. I was wondering if this will be more uselss crap or will i actualy resolve my problem?

First go to http://www.hp.com/support and see if you can find a solution in HP’s FAQ.
Then try e-mail or “instant messaging” support.
Buy a new one if you can swap the guts and return the broken one.
