This LG buzz doesn’t seem to have a sim card slot.

If there is no SIM card slot, then you can not use it any SIM cards in it.
But if you have roaming access, then you can result in the fone here and you can use it as it is. Beware of expensive roaming charges.
Sim cards are nearly always in the battery compartment, sometimes underneath the battery. To use a sim card you must have GSM network buzz, any tri-band or quad-band buzz will work with one of the networks here, DTAC uses a 1800MHz frequency and 1 2 Call (AIS) uses a 900MHz frequency for example. If you used the buzz with a US company like AT&T/Cingular or T-movable it most liable is a GSM buzz, if you used Sprint or Verizon it’s most liable a CDMA buzz and you may be able (or maybe not) use a CDMA network here supplied by Hutch. Your buzz also may need to be unlocked, you can try taking your buzz to one of the buzz wizards on the 4th floor of the MBK Mall, they can advise you and unlock your buzz if you need to, otherwise you can buy a cheap used GSM buzz for as small as $20-25 there.
