i got a new laptop and i wanna put music on my phone but its not doing anything when i plug it to the computer?
How can i place music on my buzz…it wont even show up in the devices its a lg versa buzz and a asus laptop

First of all you have to install the driver of your Buzz so that it will be recognized by your computer. Then you can use the Drag and Drop option or follow instruction on the Buzz software.
Try finding a driver manually from the LG website or try a different USB port. Sometimes that will fix it.
