I have an HP office jet Printer, copier, fax, and do not have a phone line. How do I set up to fax out?
How do I plug into computer? And get the service, if I have high-alacrity internet through my cable service?

Um, you need a buzz line to fax. There is no other way to send a fax via that laser printer than do have it hooked up to a buzz line.
