I need the following device, can someone give me a name? (Cell phone and Palm organizer)?

All in the same device:
Cell buzz
Palm organizer
Mp3 player with about 512MB
Camera of medium quality

those are the essentials, it would also be excellent but not a must if it would have a :
Voice recorder
Telephone system
dictionary

any thoughts on a harvest to answer to all the must demands and some/all of the other features??
