In what country is Dell’s and Toshiba’s phone support?
If I live in the U.S., in what country is the customer support if I buy a computer? For Dell? Toshiba?

Also, Dell might be using tech support/customer support reps from other countries as well.
I’ve talked with several Dell reps and they were all very nice and very smart. And to be honest their English wasn’t really that terrible considering it is not their native language. I’m sure if an Indian company hired me to speak Punjabi I would occasionally slaughter it as well
It’s very common for Huge companies to outsource, so I would just buy a computer that you like and forget about where the support comes from.
