Is a HP iPAQ hx2495 Pocket PC a phone?
My Grandpa is thinking of ordering one and i told him since he dont need all the stuff on it i would trade him for my LG CU500. Is That a excellent trade if it is a buzz?

Unfortunately, the HP iPAQ hx2495 Pocket PC is NOT a smartphone, but is a remnant of the failing race of PDA’s.
