Is the boost mobile phone 6760 sanyo incognito a good phone?
I have had boost phones b4 and always liked them. Now i am looking for one of the new ones they have out and i seen the 6760 sanyo incognito and like the look of it but dont want to just get it b/c it looks excellent. if anyone has one or knows someone that has one can you tell me if you like it or the person you knows likes it.

I just bought the Incognito today. The only disappointment this buzz gave me was that it wonk let me set any mp3 ringtones, the streaming online doesn’t work (watching videos on youtube etc), and it does’t have the well-known walkie talkie feature. If you do grab it I highly recommend that you get a screen protector. I just bough the generic sticker type that you cut and fit on, works wonderful for the front screen as in no scratches and fingerprints. I also recommend downloading the free opera mini 5 for way surpass web browsing. Overall it’s slightly surpass than my Sony Ericsson and the texting is awesome.
Greetings – I also just bought this buzz and like it! Yes it has video streaming and it works very well. You Tube was not a problem for me at all. The only downfall I have with this buzz is the camera. I wish the button to take pictures were located in another section. This buzz is awesome!
ive had this buzz for a few months now and its a very excellent buzz. You can download opera mini if the provided browser isnt excellent enough. Youtube isnt a problem at all except on opera mini u cannot fullscreen a video. You can also close the buzz and the music will continue to play. The only problem is that the camera is located in a weird spot. Its on the back in the top left corner right higher than the speaker.
on the incognito,boost,&opera right now. Opera is super enhancement. google,youtube,facebook quick. Can’t believe screen clarity. Only bummer is hard to download or conveying tunes not bought from sprint/boost. Otherwise much than doodling or solitaire.
ok i got the samsung Rant (boost mobile version) and I reflect that the incognito is the surpass choice! I bought my mom one so she wouldn’t get the same buzz as me and what a backfire! The buzz is an overall pleasent experience (place of protection’t figured out how to tether it and don’t reflect it’s possible). Bolt browser doesn’t work and a solution for the ringtones is download realplayer sp (which is free) and use it to trim down the song to about 30 seconds and convert it to m4a (the psp one) use rumkincom tools sprint (google. sorry didn’t know if posting sites worked) and bam ringtones! getjar and boostapps are a fantastic place to look for apps! Rumkin and Boostapps are awesome sites!
I got the Incognito and it is awesome. I like the picture clarity. To take a picture you can use 3 different buttons to snap the pic! The first is the left soft button, the one under the screen. The second is the OK button, which can be hard depending on how you hold the camera. The third way to snap a pic is the button with the camera on it, I like using this option. The texting on this buzz is AWESOME! The QWERTY board makes texting really fun! I had a Samsung with Verizon and since we live in a rural location we had horrible service. With the Boost movable Sanyo Incognito we still get an rare dropped call but I can text and send pics with no problems at all. Youtube works perfect, as well as FB! I highly recommend this buzz!!!
i have this buzz also but at first when i got it it was fine but the problems are 1 the camera is very wierd u have to keep it open just to take pictures 2 it continuoslt freezes and now most recently it wont even turn on or charge anymore i wouldnt really recomend gettin this
i hope i get a new one soon.
I recently bought this buzz and the outdoor keyboard is very hard to use and impossible to see in bright light. I tried to buy something from sprint but was told there was not anything I could do about it. I would not recommend this buzz if you plot using it outside in the sunlight
If I were you, I would NOT get this buzz. It freezes, only has weird vibrate settings, you have limited access to what you can do on the front screen, it gets scratched and so many finger prints way too easily, I have the sprint incognito, but I dont reflect it makes a difference to any of this. Now when it wont even turn on, I am getting a new one sent to me because of this problem but there is no doubt in my mind that over time this will continue, I hope to get a new buzz soon.
Does anyone know how to retrieve deleted messages?

I have had my Incognito since July 2010. I like it for the most part. Texting is simple and really fun. The screen is super clear and I don’t have a problem with the web at all. I found a really kool site called myxer.com where I download FREE ringtones for this buzz. The DOWNFALLS about this buzz is that it IS really hard to see the front of the buzz in the sun , it does get a lot of scratches , and finger prints. I went on skinit.com and bought a skin for it , which covers the total buzz and prevents a lot of hurt to it. Recently it has started to freeze a lot. The only way I can get it to do anything is to pull the battery , wait , and place it back in. Also , I just changed my number not to long ago and I can’t figure out how to change my number on the buzz , so I call the right voicemail. Over all… honestly I don’t reflect this buzz was value the hassle. I am thinking about purchasing a different buzz soon. Excellent Luck!!
Not a terrible lil’ unit. But I’ve done something that now won’t allow me to send text messages. Recieves fine…Any thoughts???
