landline phone trouble (bt is my network and phone is philips)?

having a bit of a kerfuffle with the landline
we use wireless phones (philips dect 122 model) and we got a call this morning
both me and my brother answered it at the same time on the two handsets and now when we push the green button so we can dial a number, it doesnt let us dial out ( we cant even hear a dial tone) and my mate just tried ringing now and it didnt even ring on my end (but it rang on his end)
i tried disconnecting from the buzz sockets (we have 2 buzz hubs for the wireless phones – one being the main one and the other being the secondary)
i disconnected the line from the socket, unplugged the hubs for the buzz, disconnected it from the bt home hub from the internet etc and tried em again connected

can anyone help out please??? what can i do??? please dont come up wiht a post like buy a new buzz, or summat
