My alcatel switchboard phone’s default settings is speaker. How do I change this setting?
We recently had a new alcatel buzz system installed, but whenever you pick up the main buzz(switchboard) it defaults to speaker. How do I change this? I am not too sure but the model might be Show 23KD-06.

if it came with a booklet just look in there to fix it. if not, you can call alcatel from a different buzz, here’s there #: Alcatel movable Phones Customer Support Hotline: 877-702-3444. have your cell buzz available so they can walk you through how to get the speakerphone turned off.
