My Blackberry Curve won’t start and the display has a battery with a line through it. What do I do?
I’ve tried replacing the battery and not anything has worked. Does anyone have any answers? The Blackberry and carrier websites have provided no help.

it needs either a really excellent charge: if you by now charged it then you need a new battery, your current one cant hold a charge
Remove the battery cover. Leave the battery in & take a safety pin or small object & insert the pin into the hole of the small reset button on the bottom left corner.
