My “C139″ Motorola Phone Battery Easilly Runs Down, How Can I Repair It?

My “C139″ Motorola buzz fell into a pool of water some few days ago and it has not worked like it used to work ever since. Previous I could use it three to four days without the battery running down, but that is not the case presently. Even when fully charged, the battery will work only for some few hours and runs down again.

Is there anything I can do to renovate to its perfect effective condition?
