My sony Ericsson W580 phone’s sound won’t work, any help?
I have had a Sony Ericsson W580 for 8 months, and latley the sound will not work.
I can’t hear any music I play, I can’t hear my ringtone, I can’t hear messege alerts, i also can’t hear alarms
my buzz is not on silent
the volume is turned all the way up
and the setting is normal
does anyone know how to fix my problem?

Sounds like the buzz messed up. If there is no hurt it should still be under warranty most are for at least 1 year from buy. I would call your buzz company and see if it is,and let them replace it.Hope this helps and excellent luck.
Go to settings
make sure your ringtone volume is all the way up
make sure increasing ring is turned off
if that doesn’t work its probably more technical
A problem with an audio driver which with some knowledge can be flat
but if you don’t know much about it
best to just call AT&T or whatever service you have
call 611 for AT&T
Talk to a AT&T Operator and they’ll conveying you to warranty service
just say that you didn’t do anything to your buzz and the speaker stopped effective
and they can’t prove you did anything
you’ll get a new buzz in about 3 days shipped to your house
