Question about bluetooth cell phone to laptop connectivity?

I have a Treo 650 cell buzz with Verizon coverage. The cell buzz plot is for unlimited data also. The Treo 650 has bluetooth capability. I also have an Acer Aspire 5102WLMi laptop with bluetooth capability.

My huge question is, can i sync the Treo 650 with the Acer laptop to where the Treo 650 provides the laptop with an internet connection in peacefulness for me to check email, etc.

Any and all advise pertinent to this situation is greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance.
