Sold a nokia phone through ebay getting scammed?
So he said he recieved underwear instead of the buzz.
I just notice he bought a nokia n95 case today through his feedback.
He is unconfirmed.
He said he will win the dispute.

Don’t be threatened by his “I will win the dispute”. Print off all the documents you have so you have a hard copy.
I assume he paid via paypal and means he is going to lodge a complaint to recoup his money. Paypal are not stupid – they get the arguements from both sides and if he is unconfirmed and unrated (and you have excellent feedback & history) then he has no reason to be confident
When paypal send you the “complaint” – calmly answer with the details including mentioning the case, and refer to your excellent feedback. (Or you can contact them in advance for advice)
Paypal commonly are very reliable and you have to remember they see all kinds of scams & have the experience to deal with it
