Where is my file transfer option in motorola phone tools?

I just bought a Motorola Slvr L7c. I am trying to upload ringtones and mp3s from my computer to my buzz using buzz tools. The option is not even available for the media conveying studio. I have updated both the buzz and buzz tools with all up to date software. Any thoughts or suggestions as to what’s going on??

Can you access the file system (Like System Files) of an LG phone via bluetooth of another phone?

I want to access my LG VU’s system files from another buzz via bluetooth. Is this possible? I can access some files from bluetooth applications, but not the system files.
