I am currently with Verizon, and really want the sony ericsson buzz z750a. Is it possible in any way to unlock it for verizon??

how do i put my verizon samsung phone on lock?
i have a samsung flip buzz the one that flips in both ways..i can place my buzz on lock on start up and lock it once but i want it to be locked every time i close my buzz
i couldnt find the app on how to do it does that mean i dont have this on my buzz?
