What do I do if Motorola Phone tools is apparently not recognizing my Razr V3M?
I have tried hooking up my buzz via usb and then tried to install my buzz but it doesnt seem to recognize it. It says initializing and it seems to stay like this until i cancel the course of action. My buzz itself does not seem to be affected at all motorola buzz tools and it does not appear to be recognizing the software?
What do I do?

Try this. Connect your phone to your comp via data cable but do not open the mobile phone tool ,your computer will recognize your phone as mass strorage instead,click MY COMPUTER>REMOVABLE DRIVE then just drag and drop files into the window
try to uninstall the software first from your computer, restart computer then install it agen ,dont connect the celphone to your computer until it told u to do so, then when you connect your cellphone to the computer,make sure that the computer recognizes your cellphone first then the motorala buzz tools will be able to recognize your buzz, somtetime its kinda slow coz that depends on the computers response
