You don’t really need Motorola buzz tools to get/add files to your buzz seeing that it is blue tooth capable. Unadorned buy a USB blue tooth adapter if your computer doesn’t by now have blue tooth capabilities. To know if your computer has blue tooth unadorned conduct a devices quest on your buzz if it finds your computer then your computer has blue tooth then you can connect using blue tooth. You don’t even need blue tooth if all you want to do is get your pics, but this might place a dent in your wallet if you don’t have unlimited picture messaging but yea you can make a MMS thought insert a pic as the attachment then send it to your e-mail address then download it from your e-mail onto your computer. As you can see the blue tooth has an advantage not only can you send multiple files at once you don’t pay any fees for transferring files and with blue tooth you can send songs to and from the computer and your buzz. Back to your question Motorola buzz tools is a software for your computer that installs the drivers needed for your computer to communicate(conveying data) with your buzz via USB, you will receive a USB cable with the software depending on which package you chose, and the USB cable is required so I recommend you chose the package with the USB cable. You can buy the item from here (http://www.store.motorola.com/mot/en/US/adirect/motorola?cmd=catDisplayStyle&catKey=600960&WT.srch=1&WT.mc_id=srch_g_motorolaphonetools) but I recommend that you get a blue tooth adapter if your computer is not by now blue tooth capable, its about half the fee of the Motorola buzz tools software and it can be bought form CompUSA (http://www.compusa.com/harvest/harvest.asp?cmid=toptab&Ntt=blue+tooth&N=0&Dx=mode+matchall&Nty=1&D=blue+tooth&Ns=show%5Fprice%7C0&Ntk=All#sort1).
You can get it at Best Buy HOWEVER if you use Verizon don’t waste your time..they disable the multimedia features so it’s a waste of money
