What is the difference between PALM PDA and POCKET PC? are NEC cell phones PDA?
Do PDAs have a kind of windows installed on them? Do they support surpass programs than cellphones(symbian or java).
I at last I saw a NEC cellphones and i was written PDA on it.Can it support pocket PC programs.
What is their operating system?

Palms use their own operating system. Pocket pcs have their name because they use Windows just like a pc.
