What kind of customer service i get for a new asus phone p320 in mumbai or should i drop the idea of buying it?

I’m sure about India, but be VERY careful before assuming that a world-wide guarantee is simply that what it says. ASUS has many sneaky ways of escaping that responsibility. We clarified we were going to Brazil, and were told that it came with a Comprehensive guarantee. As soon as we had a problem with Asus in Brazil, their representative told ut the worldwide guarantee was NOT valid in Brazil, except you had bought your machine there.
