I have this kind of mobile and they gave me everything – buzz tools CD and the data cable when I bought the cell. I received hole package. Question the seller about that.
Depending on the provider some will give you all the stuff the buzz comes with like the data cable and the CD with drivers and programs, but in the case of Verizon and cingular they remove all this from the box so in hopes you go back to the to buy it but they also don’t tell you that even if you buy it you will not be able to conveying ringtones and such to the buzz because they cripple there buzz so again you have to buy from them. If you go to your provider they will charge you around $30 for the cable and to be honest if you have a digital camera that has the same cable that fits your buzz you are in luck now you just need the USB drivers and it will work with your buzz(in some cases it don’t work but 9 out of 10 it will, don’t you like these odds). Then after you do that you go to bitpim.org and get there software that its free yes i said FREE and use it with your buzz and your done and the only thing you spend was some time on the computer, cheaper than $30 for a cable you might by now have.
You can buy them from the T-mobile store
