Why is my Casio Verizon G’z one Boulder no longer logging my phone calls?
A few days ago my Casio Verizon G’z one Boulder buzz suddenly stopped taking record or when I make, receive, or miss a call. I can’t find how to reset that feature. It is really handy to be able to push “talk” and see all the people who I called or who called me and call them back. Has anyone had this problem and can help me? I called Verizon and they said they can’t troubleshoot it with me on the buzz but I don’t have another way to call them for the time being. Thanks in advance!

Yes this is a problem that happens with boulders. The terrible nw is it probably needs to be swapped out. First try doing a battery pull. This rarely fixes it but rule it out anway. After you place the battery back on restart the buzz and make a call. If its still not logging calls, take it to the local Veizon repair center. They liable will try flashing the software first, which works about 30% of the time, and if that doesnt work as long as its under warranty they will swap the buzz out for a replacement.
